Shipping policy

Processing Time All paintings are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Each work is individually packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Packaging Original paintings are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, protected with foam padding, and shipped in reinforced cardboard or wooden crates for larger works. We take great care to ensure your painting arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Germany: €15 — 2–3 business days
• European Union: €35 — 3–5 business days
• United Kingdom: €35 — 3–5 business days
• International (USA, Canada, and others): €150 — 7–14 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged Shipments All shipments are insured. If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us at hello@pervilt.com within 48 hours of delivery.
